An Evening of Connection at the CEMBA Spring Gathering

On April 17, 2026, the Canadian Executive MBA community came together at Bistro Jajko in the SGH Main Building for the annual Spring Gathering — an evening filled with conversation, reconnection, and the kind of atmosphere that reminds us what this network is truly about.

Alumni and students representing cohorts from I to XXXII met around one table of shared experience, bringing with them different professional paths, perspectives, and stories. What made the evening special was not only the impressive cross-section of the CEMBA community present, but also the openness and ease with which conversations unfolded throughout the event.

There was space for everything that makes these gatherings meaningful: reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting new members of the community, exchanging experiences across generations of the program, and simply enjoying being together. For current students in particular, the evening offered a valuable chance to speak with alumni, hear their reflections, and gain insight shaped by experience beyond the classroom.

What stood out most, however, was the spirit of the evening itself. It was warm, lively, and full of genuine energy — with thoughtful conversations, shared memories, and plenty of laughter. Events like this show that the strength of the CEMBA network lies not only in professional accomplishment, but in the relationships that continue long after graduation.

The Spring Gathering at Jajko was a beautiful reminder that the CEMBA community remains active, welcoming, and deeply connected. We are grateful to everyone who joined us and helped create such a memorable evening.
