Code of Conduct
CEMBA Alumni and Student Association (CAASA)
Applies to: All members (ordinary, supporting, honorary), candidates, volunteers, event attendees, speakers, partners, sponsors, and guests participating in CAASA activities, communications, or digital platforms.
CAASA (also referred to as CEMBA Association) is a voluntary, self-governing, non-profit association of active students and alumni of the Canadian Executive MBA (CEMBA) program delivered by SGH Warsaw School of Economics in cooperation with Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).
This Code of Conduct complements the Association's Statute, internal regulations, and resolutions of Association authorities. If there is any conflict, the Statute prevails.

Appeals: Where applicable under the Statute, decisions may be appealed within the defined timeframes and procedures.
12. Updates
The Association's Council may adopt a binding Catalog of Values and other internal regulations. This Code of Conduct may be updated to remain consistent with the Statute, resolutions, and community needs.
