Leadership & Negotiations: Three Weekends of Energy, Practice, and Progress

March 2, 2026

Three weekends of hands-on learning with William Collins, PhD, supported by alumni voices and real community spirit.

We've just wrapped up three energizing weekends at SGH Warsaw School of Economics with William Collins, PhD, who delivered the Leadership & Negotiations module for the CEMBA Canadian Executive MBA program.

The cohort brought curiosity, experience, and a real willingness to challenge themselves—exactly the kind of environment that turns a class into a true learning lab. We were also joined by two fantastic alumni, Anna Sobota and Kasia Niechoj-Zaporowska, adding real community value to the sessions and showing how powerful "learn with and from each other" can be.

Negotiation is one of the most immediately practical leadership skills: starting from fundamentals and simple exercises, the group progressively moved into more complex scenarios and tougher negotiation challenges. With each round, participants grew more confident, strategic, and reflective—exactly the outcome this program is built for.

Thank you to everyone for the energy, engagement, and trust. Looking forward to the next time.
